Yes. We ship from the Netherlands to Europe, the United Kingdom, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and beyond, by sea, air and road. Some categories carry destination restrictions — alcohol in particular — which we confirm before quoting.

Yes. Tell us which categories you buy and we will send the current range with pack formats and available origins. Because availability and pricing move constantly, we issue a current list on request rather than publishing a fixed catalogue.

It depends on the category and the pack format, and ranges from one pallet to a full container. Private label runs carry the manufacturer's own minimum per SKU. We state the real figure before you build a business case on it.

Most lines are. Rice follows the harvest, champagne and wine follow vintage and allocation, and some branded FMCG lines are seasonal or promotion-led. Where a line is unavailable we say so and propose an equivalent rather than leaving a gap in the offer.

We trade on EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP, and on DDP where a buyer wants one all-in landed price. Which suits depends on who is better placed to arrange the carriage and carry the risk — we will say plainly which we think that is.

Yes. For repeat lines we hold stock against an agreed forecast and release it in parts, so you are not financing a full container at once. Terms are confirmed in the sales contract before the first shipment.

Often, yes. The site shows our core categories, not the limit of what we buy. Send the specification, the volume and the destination and we will come back on whether we can source it well — and say so if we cannot.
